Morogoro, one of the biggest cities in Tanzania
The population of the city of Morogoro (2022: 471,409 inhabitants) consists of around 70% children, young people and women. Of these, around 49% live in total poverty. Due to the lack of income and a good education, many young men commit crimes,
many girls and young women are involved in prostitution.
In addition, there are a lot of orphans in Morogoro, who in poor conditions often only live with one parent, usually the mother. Sometimes it may cause to lack of opportunities
of having some education due to the hard life of their mothers.

We build a school in a Maasai village
In the village "Sokoine" most of them are Maasai society and local families. Since most of their children are engaged in grazing cattle at a very young age, their education is frequently neglected.
Apart from that there is no school nearby
and there are many children which are supposed to be at school.
